Project Description:
ReArch Company collaborated with Scott & Partners, Norway & Sons, and VHV, utilizing a design-build approach on this 12,000 SF LEED certified Adult Primary Care building in Essex, VT, for The University of Vermont Medical Center.
The new facility was designed with extensive patient input. The practice includes 14 exam rooms, ample space for patient consultations and education, plenty of multi-purpose spaces to support team-based approaches to health and wellness. The project also features a room dedicated to telemedicine services and additional space designed to meet the needs of bariatric patients. The practice houses a care delivery space that is separate from public and administrative support areas to maximize patient privacy and patient flow.
As the practice continues to grow, future expansion is available, including the option to add up to eight exam rooms.
