Project Description:
Vermont Precision Tools (VPT) selected ReArch Company as their Construction Manager to undertake an expansion project at their manufacturing facility near Exit 21 of Interstate 89 in Swanton, Vermont. The project includes the construction of approximately 17,000 SF of building addition on the south side of the existing manufacturing facility. Extensive MEP upgrades were also required throughout the facility as were stormwater alterations. Since the facility needed to remain occupied throughout construction this required ReArch Company to carefully plan and phase work. Communication with the owner’s team and utility providers was critical to the success of this project.
