Project Description:
My Web Grocer (MWG) Champlain Mill engaged ReArch Company to revive a long forgotten restaurant space in the historic Champlain Mill. This 7,433 sf restaurant renovation includes an industrial kitchen, open concept bar, 2,578 sf dining area, entry, and mezzanine. The highlight of this project is the restoration of a 580 sf greenhouse-style dining space extending out over the Winooski River.
The geographical location and urban setting of this project significantly limited the project’s staging area requiring ReArch to devote additional resources to coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and the City of Winooski. Proper phasing allowed for the project to maintain its schedule.
