ReArch Company is excited to announce the grand opening of Vermont’s largest Passive House, Elm Place, in Milton, Vermont. On June 5 Governor Phil Scott participated in the grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting.
This senior living facility achieves Passive House standards through the use of energy efficient windows & doors, insulation, and improved air sealing. Extensive review and oversight are given at each phase of construction to insure products and installation meet or exceed the specified standards.
