ReArch is pleased to announce the promotions of Nicole Benton to Project Manager and Matt Moulton to Assistant Superintendent.
Nicole Benton started with ReArch in July of 2021 as an assistant project manager. Since then, her journey with us has been nothing short of exceptional, marked by her tireless work ethic and unwavering commitment to the success of the OnLogic Project. She has exhibited remarkable proficiency in submittal & RFI management, consistently engaging in intricate design-related discussions with key stakeholders to navigate complex challenges successfully. Her leadership qualities shine through as she fosters camaraderie, organization, and a solution-oriented approach to every project she is involved with.
Her proactive spirit extends beyond ReArch. Nicole recently spearheaded the initiative to bring the National Association of Women in Construction to Vermont. She is dedicated to shaping a brighter future for our organization and the industry at large.
As a project manager, Nicole will play a vital role in optimizing project execution, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. We look forward to her continued growth in her new role.
Matt Moulton joined ReArch in August of 2022 as a carpenter and was promoted to foreman shortly after that. In just over a year, Matt has shown us what true dedication and a positive attitude can achieve. Matt’s growth is truly inspiring, from leading a single framing crew to providing direction and coaching for all crews.
Not only has Matt improved his skills, but he has also become adept at interpreting plans, scheduling subcontractors, and forecasting work assignments. His attention to detail has mitigated expensive reworks and complications by spotting design flaws that others overlooked.
Superintendent Craig de Brigard remarks, “With his skill and tireless efforts, this project has quality worthy of the ReArch brand.” Craig and Matt are currently working on a custom residential build in Stowe, VT
As an assistant superintendent, Matt shares the responsibility for delivering every project on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards. He works closely with superintendents to manage onsite logistics and communication with the team.
Congratulations to Nicole and Matt on their well-deserved career advancements.
