ReArch Company is thrilled to announce that we have hired two more employees! Benjamin Roll has joined our team as our new senior project manager, and Tammy Alderman-Reen as our Accounts Payable Specialist and Compliance Officer.
Ben brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to the ReArch team as he has previously worked at PCL Construction as both a Project Manager, and a Superintendent. At PCL he was assigned to several large scale and technically challenging projects, such as the Anchorage International Airport and Kodiak Near Island Research and Administration Facility. His dynamic background of working in both field and office environments, will allow him to provide helpful insight regarding phasing, scheduling, and manpower. His well-rounded perspective, and ability to communicate collaboratively with subcontractors, field staff, owners, and the design team will ensure success in this position.
Additionally, Roll has a B.S. in Geography & Earth Sciences from Northern Michigan University. He has completed several ongoing education courses and safety-oriented classes including his OSHA 30, and holds certificates as an ICC Commercial Building Inspector, LEED AP, Safety Trained Supervisor – Construction (STSC), and is also First Aid & CPR certified.
At ReArch, Tammy Alderman-Reen will be responsible for the flow of payable invoices and for vendor compliance in regards to company policy. She will work closely with the construction management team to ensure proper entry, timely payment, and adherence to accounting standards. She will also work with vendors to ensure their certificates of insurance and release of liens are current, in addition to managing job site postings.
Prior to joining ReArch Company, Tammy was an Accounting Clerk and provided accounts payable services for an environmentally focused company. She was formerly responsible for creating purchase orders and for entering invoices for payment in a timely manner, as well as creating payments. She has worked as an Accounts Payable Associate at the UVM Medical Center, in which she handled high volume AP entry, as well as handling their discrepancy resolutions.
Tammy has an A.S. in Business Studies, with a focus in accounting, from Champlain College and holds an Accounts Payable Certification from the Institute of Finance Management.
