Congratulations to Cathedral Square on this significant milestone.
Cathedral Square is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing for older adults and persons with disabilities. The project will feature a mix of 27 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments within a 32,422 SF, three-story building designed to serve a mixed-income community.
Key features of Reid Commons include:
- Two elevators for easy access to all floors
- Under-building and surface parking options
- A community room equipped with a kitchen
- A laundry room for resident convenience
- An on-site office for a SASH (Support and Services at Home) Coordinator

The building will also include ADA-accessible apartments and incorporate universal design standards to ensure accessibility and safe aging in place. Additionally, plans are underway to install a rooftop solar array to harness renewable energy and reduce energy costs.
The building was named Reid Commons in honor of Cindy Reid, the Director of Real Estate Development for Cathedral Square. Cindy has dedicated her career to creating affordable housing opportunities for those requiring additional support and care. She stands as an inspiration, exemplifying leadership, organization, and community in all that she pursues.
ReArch Company is honored to be a part of this significant project, which will provide much-needed affordable housing for older adults in the community. We look forward to working with Cathedral Square and our partners to bring this vision to life.
