Construction is underway at 88 Technology Park Way in South Burlington, for ReArch Company and Technology Park Partners’ new Corporate Headquarters, which consists of 8,000 square feet of Class A office space. Technology Park Partners recently sold 88 Technology Park Way to New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) and are leasing back this space to accommodate their continued growth.
The new office space will be designed by S2 Architecture to achieve LEED Gold Certification and the construction is being managed by ReArch Company. Construction is estimated to be completed by the end of the year, allowing for an early 2019 occupancy.
ReArch Company has already built the core & shell of the 54,000 square foot building, that has been completed to the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standard. Technology Park’s 88 Technology Park Way is a mirror image of 124 Technology Park Way, located immediately adjacent to the building. 124 Technology Park Way, which houses Keurig Green Mountain until September of 2018, has also achieved a LEED Gold Certification.
