ReArch Company would like to congratulate Hunter Gomez on his recent promotion from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and Nick DeBellis from Project Engineer to Project Engineer II.
Since joining ReArch in March 2022, Hunter has demonstrated outstanding leadership through proactive, honest, and effective internal and external communication. He is keen to understand fine details and anticipate issues well in advance – qualities that are an asset to the project and his team. He works collaboratively with stakeholders to find innovative solutions. Throughout the OnLogic project, Hunter has successfully navigated many challenging situations and effectively resolved those challenges and helped strengthen the relationship with the client and trades in the process. Hunter actively mentors and supports the project staff, allowing them to continue growing in their careers by providing appropriate levels of challenge and responsibility. We look forward to his continued contributions at ReArch!
Nick has been a valued team member since January 2020 and is currently assigned to the OnLogic project in South Burlington, VT. As Project Engineer, Nick supports the entire project team through document management, submittal reviews, and meeting coordination. Nick enjoys new challenges and is now responsible for overseeing all aspects of commissioning, including the building envelope and mechanical systems. Nick often shows his commitment to ReArch and the project by working on a Saturday, coming in early, or staying late to manage site security. Additionally, Nick has taken on the jobsite’s IT needs, including Matterport scanning, time-lapse camera management, and client interactions relating to that work.
