ReArch Company Foreman, Jesse Rowe, while working on the UVM Billings Renovation project made the day of one UVM Alumni by reuniting her with a 20 year old photo. While removing various content from the construction area Jesse discovered a note behind a photo asking that if it ever be removed she be contacted. In October Jesse reached out using the contact information left on that note and on November 9 the women drove from Connecticut be reunited with her photo and offer her personal thanks to Jesse.
