ReArch Company is delighted to announce that Stephen Savell has been named the first Chief Operating Officer as of February 1, 2019. He was promoted from Vice President of Development, where he had helped to double the size of the company, since joining ReArch, almost three years ago. In Stephen’s new role he will focus on company efficiency, managing risk, and maintaining a strong commitment to ReArch’s core values and operating principals, while continuing to oversee getting new work, client satisfaction and development opportunities. Stephen is an environmental engineer who worked as a project manager in a Connecticut design build firm for many years, then as a development manager for Canada’s most sustainable development company, prior to coming to Vermont and joining ReArch.
