ReArch Company Inc. promotes John G. Illick to Vice President of Business Development. John will work in tandem with Chief Operating Officer, Stephen Savell to identify, vet, and pursue new real estate development, construction, and property management opportunities. He will also manage the leasing of various development properties, including Technology Park in South Burlington, VT.
As a member of the executive team, John provides insight into strategic decisions that help to foster growth across all of ReArch’s business entities. John oversees all company marketing and sales functions, including the generation of new project leads, the promotion of company brand awareness, and the development of project proposals. He also establishes and maintains ongoing client relationships, focusing on long-term satisfaction.
Additionally, Andrew MacKechnie has been promoted from Foreman, to Assistant Superintendent. Andrew’s new position will require him to work closely with each projects superintendent to ensure that job sites are running safely and efficiently. Andrew will ensure that projects adhere to schedule and will frequently communicate with all subcontractors to verify their compliance with contract documents and company policy.
ReArch also welcomes a new media manager, Aaron Smith. Aaron will play a critical role in the company’s on-going technology advancement and innovation efforts. As a developer, contractor and property management company, ReArch Company has a variety of media needs. Aaron will assist the marketing and business development departments with all media related requests, including video footage and professional photography.
