We are pleased to announce the arrival of Craig de Brigard as a Superintendent. Craig is responsible for overseeing construction projects in the field and frequently communicates with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve client goals and meet project requirements. He focuses on budgeting appropriately, maintaining project schedules, and creating a safe job site. He is responsible for directly communicating project progress with the architect, subcontractors, project manager, and owners to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to contract documents.
Craig brings over two decades of construction industry experience, starting his career as a Foreman and Lead Carpenter in Colorado, working his way up to a Superintendent in Massachusetts. He has experience on projects of varying complexity and is proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
Before his career in construction, Craig served as a Maintenance Technician in the United States Air Force on multiple overseas assignments. He also obtained a B.S. in Environmental Science from UMass Lowell in Lowell, MA, and was a member of their rowing team. Craig currently holds his 30-Hour OSHA Card and is First Aid & AED Certified.
Trevor Marcy has been promoted from a Project Engineer to an Assistant Project Manager. Trevor has been an integral member of the ReArch team and has developed a strong understanding of ReArch’s processes and how those processes translate into successful projects. With his promotion, Trevor focuses his efforts on training and mentoring all new hires in Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager positions and standardizing methodologies for the Project Management staff.
Trevor’s responsibilities as an Assistant Project Manager include ensuring assigned project documents are maintained and communicated consistently while working closely with the Project Manager to maintain the project schedule and controlling the flow of information to and from the field staff to the design team. He is responsible for contract administration, submittal review, and assisting the estimating team with pricing.
