ReArch is pleased to announce the arrival of Project Managers Hunter Gomez and Erik Heikel. As Project Managers, Hunter and Erik will be responsible for managing ReArch’s construction projects, working closely with the Project Superintendent, Owner, Design Team, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and in adherence with contract documents.
Hunter Gomez has 10+ years of project management experience in various construction leadership roles and has a B.S. in Soil Science & Business Administration from the University of Vermont. He has managed all aspects of large-scale capital construction projects from conception through project closeout. Hunter is detail-oriented with a sharp eye for the nuances of construction fit and finishes and provides diligent oversight of project costs and schedules. He is passionate about sustainable construction and managed the first LEED Gold-Version 4 project in the State of Idaho. Hunter’s previous experience as an owner’s rep, project superintendent, and construction manager gives him a unique perspective and ability to communicate cooperatively amongst all project stakeholders.
Erik Heikel has over 20 years of construction management experience in various industries, including senior/assisted living, multi-family/student housing, and hospitality. With a B.S. in Civil Engineering and Construction Management degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, he began his career in the custom home/residential market. Erik has a strong background in architectural millwork and interior finishes. He excels in utilizing the latest construction management technology and has experience on large-scale projects such as Legoland Resort and Lake Placid Olympic Redevelopment.
