ReArch is pleased to announce the addition of Scott Kirkwood to its team as Preconstruction Manager. With a wealth of experience and a proven track record in construction management, Scott brings invaluable expertise to ReArch’s preconstruction phase.
As preconstruction manager, Scott plays a pivotal role in the initial phases of construction, overseeing scoping and planning activities and serving as the primary point of contact before the commencement of the construction phase. His responsibilities include collaborating closely with owners, design professionals, and ReArch project team members to comprehend project requirements, budget constraints, and logistical considerations unique to each endeavor. Through meticulous planning and effective communication, Scott ensures successful project outcomes that consistently exceed client expectations.
Prior to joining ReArch, Scott was with Boston Real Estate Collaborative LLC (BREC), where he held progressively senior roles over his 10-year tenure, culminating in Senior Development Project Manager. At BREC, Scott managed mid-rise multi-family and mixed-use asset development, demonstrating his proficiency in navigating complex projects from conception to completion. Additionally, Scott has contributed his expertise as an independent development and permitting consultant to private owners and contractors, further enhancing his skill set and industry insights.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont, providing him with a solid foundation in business principles that he leverages to drive successful project outcomes.
