We are pleased to announce that Adam Farrar, and Tim Gordon recently joined ReArch’s Field Team.
Adam joins ReArch as a superintendent with over ten years of industry experience. He began his career in construction working on Class A High-Rises in Boston, MA, with project values over $100 million. Before joining ReArch, Adam worked on civil construction projects for the State of Vermont.
As a superintendent, Adam leads the on-site construction team to ensure that projects are delivered successfully. Adam is responsible for monitoring projects’ entire lifecycle, including managing the budget and schedule and implementing quality, health, and safety standards on site.
Tim has over 20 years of industry experience and 12 years of military experience, having served in the United States Army, where he worked on tanks. Tim’s extensive equipment operations background is supplemented with experience in painting, sheet metal, concrete, and factory work.
As an Equipment Operator, Tim operates construction, hauling, and maintenance equipment, including forklifts and core drills. He performs routine maintenance on equipment and is responsible for adhering to established safety protocols. Tim also prepares construction sites for building or demolition, including staging, temporary heat, weather protection, and office trailer set-up.
