In addition to Beth’s responsibilities as a project manager, she will now take on a concurrent role as a Team Development Lead. Beth will mentor the Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, assist with their development/on-going training and work closely with our VP of Construction to allocate staff to projects as appropriate.
She will conduct performance reviews, help set goals, manage ReArch’s training/development budget and propose promotion recommendations. Beth will work concurrently with the executive team to develop & publish company-wide standard operating procedures for Project Management activities and will continue to be the Procore Software lead for the office.
Beth’s vast project management experience and dedication to personal training and development make her a perfect candidate for this newly created position. She started her construction career working for William A. Berry & Son and Suffolk Construction, managing large healthcare, life science and higher education projects. She spent two years working as an owner’s representative at Harvard Business School, managing more than $35M in capital expenditures. In 2014, Beth returned to the Vermont construction market and has worked on challenging and notable projects across the region. She is a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and is one of only 14 people in the state of Vermont to obtain this prestigious certification.
