ReArch Company is pleased to welcome the arrival of Project Engineers Austin Hart and Sarah LeClair. In their role as Project Engineers, they will support the project management team on assigned projects. Both will ensure project documents and project schedules are maintained and communicated consistently.
Austin brings nearly a decade of construction industry experience to the ReArch team. He spent the past five years working in Boston, MA for Mott Macdonald as a Civil Engineer, where he was responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale projects. Austin has delivered construction and operations oversight, planning, scheduling, estimating, and controlled the flow of documents on assigned projects.
Sarah joins ReArch Company with a prior skillset in estimating and subcontractor bidding. She has experience processing Submittals, RFI’s, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, and Closeout Documents. In her previous position at a local contractor, she worked closely with local and state housing, education, and government departments. She firmly understands the pre-qualification and specification process for state-funded projects.
Working with ReArch’s Project Managers, Austin and Sarah will be responsible for controlling the flow of information between the field staff and the design team. Other responsibilities will include; contract administration, submittal review, document control, and assisting with change order management.
